When you post content on NextTurn, you retain ownership of your intellectual property rights, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content on our platform.

The materials on NextTurn are provided on an 'as is' basis. NextTurn makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights.

We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the service or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components.

In no event shall NextTurn or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on NextTurn, even if NextTurn or a NextTurn authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
